Family Dispute Mediations

With over 20 years expertise in family law matters, I offer professional mediation services to help parties resolve their conflicts.

Whether it is a dispute about parenting arrangements or property settlement, my goal is to guide and assist parties in finding a peaceful solution to their dispute and empowerng parties to look beyond any current impasse to explore possibilities and consider the interests of children and each party in resolving conflict and moving forward.

Workplace Mediations

Mediation services have been extended to workplaces, in order to assist co-workers navigate through disputes in order to improve the workplace environment for both employees and Managers or CEO's.

Kerry is also an accredited National Mediator and able to undertake Mediations involving families in dispute and Mediations involving workplace disputes between employees.

Kerry is also an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and able to assist parents with parenting disputes.

INTAKE SESSION FOR EACH PARTY

BY TELEPHONE OR VIDEOCONFERENCE (60 - 90 mins)

$400 plus GST for each party and payable prior to intake session for up to 60 mins

$600 plus GST for each party and payable prior to intake session for up to 90 mins


Joint Mediation Session (up to 4 HOURS)

$1,600 plus GST each person for up to 4 hours Mediation session

Additional time over 4 hours at the rate of $200 each person each additional hour or part thereof, over 4 hours and payable prior to extension of time at Mediation.  Alternatively, the parties can reschedule the additional time to another mediation session.

The fee is payable by each party or where the parties agree, one party may pay the total fee, no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled Mediation time. Should the fee not be paid the booking may be cancelled.


Room Hire (at cost)

Payable one week prior to the scheduled mediation not refundable if mediation cancelled unless booking fee able to be recovered from service provider.


Administration fee for all matters that proceed to a Joint Mediation

$75.00 plus GST per person (non refundable and payable upon confirmation of joint session)

$150 per hour fee for additional telecons or emails to clients (non refundable and payable following communication)


Section 60I Certificate

$150 plus GST - Cost for issuing and emailing Section 60I Certificate to the party requesting the Certificate and payable prior to certificate being sent.


Cancellation Policy

If a scheduled intake session is cancelled within 48 hours of the time scheduled then the total fee is non refundable.

If a scheduled joint mediation is cancelled within 48 hours of the time scheduled then the total fee is non refundable.


Refund Policy

Should either party cancel the Joint Mediation Session or Intake Session after payment of the fee and no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled date, then a 50% refund will be provided in relation to the Joint Mediation fee and Intake session fee.




Taking Instructions and providing Feedback to HR MANAGER, COO as permitted under Mediation Agreement

$600 plus GST  -  up to 90 minutes 

Additional time $400 per hour plus GST


Administration fee including issuing of Mediation Agreement and information about Process for participants and Scheduling 

$400 plus GST -  fixed rate


Intake Session each person up to 90 minutes by telecon or video conference

$600 plus GST each person


Joint Session up to 4 hours

$1,600 plus GST 

$400 plus GST per hour - each additional hour 

Room Hire Fee

At cost if mediation not being held at suitable space at workplace
